Many foods are very high in sugar, calories, and fat. But what if you could make yummy food that also gave you nutrients? In this guide, learn how to make many delicious foods!!!
Yogurt Parfait
This one is really my favorite. Take a glass and pour a large layer of plain yogurt on the bottom. Cut 2 strawberries into tiny bits and put on top. Add blueberries. Add granola and almond bits on top. Finish off with a coconut roll (you can get it from costco) on the side.
Banana Sushi
For the people who don’t like fish; banana sushi! Slice banana into circles. Put honey around the edges to make it sticky. With bread, cut it into lines and squeeze to make an edging. Wrap the edging on the sticky part of the banana. For the rice bits, you can use shredded coconut or any other small nuts.
Sugar – Free Tanghulu
Tanghulu is a Chinese snack, but now is very popular in South Korea and America! It is icy, hardened fruit and is very easy. Put fruits like strawberries and grapes in the freezer for a night. The next day, take them out and quickly dip in ice water to create a cool crunchy, summer snack. You can also try this on skewers!
Fruit Mocha Bowl
This was my favorite snack when I was little. In a bowl, mix fresh strawberries and blueberries. Add chocolate chips and whipped cream on top! So easy and so yummy.
